AI That Does Not Just Answer

Generic chatbots answer questions and stop there. They lack environment-specific context, and they cannot act. iVerse is built to understand what the user wants, select the right action and execute it in the right environment, so a request becomes a completed task rather than a set of instructions.

Understanding Intent

When a buyer asks iVerse to create a new purchase order with the same details as purchase order 10, iVerse first works out what that means: which order to read, which lines to copy and which environment to write to. It reads the source data directly from IFS Cloud instead of guessing from a description.

Planning the Steps

Most real tasks take more than one step. iVerse plans them in order: read the source record, prepare the new one, link related details and report back with a link to the result. Each step is visible in the conversation, so the user can see what happened and why.

Executing Safely

Execution always happens within the permissions of the user and the environment. For critical changes, iVerse pauses and asks for approval before anything is written. The result is AI that acts on enterprise data while every action stays traceable in secure audit logs.
